The Festida heritage – our key ingredient.

The success of Festida Foods is rooted in the commitment of our founder, Raul Vega. One of the first Cuban refugees to arrive in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1960, Raul began his new life in America as a dishwasher. After working for several years as a food broker of Mexican food and spices, he opened a Mexican restaurant and soon after began making tortilla chips in a former automotive plant.

Festida Foods began as a result of Raul’s determination and persistence, and now Festida products are sold nationwide.

Family owned and operated, we stay true to our roots – making delicious chips and tortillas from only the best ingredients. Our goal at Festida is to provide products that satisfy our customers’ appetites for the delicious tastes that our family grew up with.
